Beth Shaw

YogaFit was created in 1994 by Beth Shaw. Since then, Beth has endeavored to bring this message to the masses:

“It’s my mission to create a transformation of the whole person: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.”

Beth is a Business Coach, Harvard Alumni, Lifestyle Coach & Motivational Speaker who has written numerous books about yoga and creates opportunities to support others on their journey towards wellness including her podcast, Make America Healthy where she challenges listeners to “Reclaim Your Best Self.”
